The History of HCE
History teaches us a lot. The history of HCE will help you understand why it is far superior. HCE was originally developed by the founder of Chem-Dry, Robert Harris, more than 40 years ago.
Harris was on the hunt for a better approach to cleaning carpets after learning the shortcomings of the traditional steam method. He realized that there was an amazing power in carbonation. Thinking about how club soda could be used to lift stains from fabric, he searched for ways to apply that same science to lifting grime, dirt, stains, and dust from carpet. How it Works
